Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Nirmal Bang is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or institutional clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement. Daily activities include understanding client investment goals, advising on suitable financial products, executing trades in coordination with the dealing desk, and resolving client queries promptly. The role involves regular follow-up with clients, monitoring their portfolios, sharing market updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities, support account onboarding, and contribute to revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling relevant financial products.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field are preferred; certifications in securities markets or financial planning are an advantage.
Prior experience in broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services, especially in a client-facing role, will be beneficial.
