Role Description The Retail Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring optimal product presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards across assigned retail locations. Daily activities include visiting stores, arranging and replenishing products, setting up displays and promotional materials, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with store staff to support sales targets. The role also involves collecting market and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records of merchandising activities, and reporting on product performance and store conditions. The Retail Merchandiser will work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute merchandising plans and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams and shoppers.
Knowledge of Retail operations and merchandising practices, with attention to product display and store standards.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support promotional activities and drive product visibility.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple store visits, and maintain accurate documentation.
Basic computer skills for reporting and use of retail software or spreadsheets.
Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, or FMCG environments is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a focus on meeting targets and timelines.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in business, marketing, or retail management is an advantage.
