Role Description The Management Intern role at Pawmax is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The intern will support day-to-day operations across functions such as business strategy, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience. Typical responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and assisting in project planning and execution. The intern may help streamline workflows, document processes, and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing pet care technology environment and the opportunity to learn from cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools for reporting and presentations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of business operations, project coordination, and process documentation.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Interest in technology-driven businesses and digital platforms; familiarity with startups is an advantage.
Passion for animals and pet care, with curiosity about the pet industry in India.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
