Role Description The Public Relations Executive is a full-time role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the executive develops and executes PR strategies, drafts and distributes press releases, and manages media outreach to secure coverage. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers, monitoring media and social channels, and preparing communication materials such as pitches, briefs, and talking points. The role involves coordinating events or press interactions, supporting crisis communication as needed, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR and marketing efforts. The executive is expected to report on campaign performance, provide insights to clients, and contribute ideas that strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
Strong public relations and media relations skills, including experience managing Press Releases and strategic Public Relations initiatives.
Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, with a proven capacity to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders, and to represent clients professionally in all interactions.
Understanding of marketing communications, brand positioning, and how PR integrates with digital and offline campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with hybrid work, including effective collaboration in the Greater Delhi Area office and productive independent work from home.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics for measuring PR outcomes is an advantage.
