Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in React, Python, and AI, with at least 7 years of professional experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. The Senior Full Stack Developer will implement user interfaces in React, build and optimize Python-based APIs and services, and integrate AI/ML models into production systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to architectural decisions. The individual will also participate in agile ceremonies, write clean and testable code, and continuously improve development processes and tooling.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience to build and maintain web-based tools, applications, and data interfaces. The role demands strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python, with a focus on delivering clean, responsive, and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will work independently, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and will leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency. This position involves end-to-end ownership from concept to delivery, including backend integration, data visualization, and API development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build web-based tools, applications, and data interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
Python
• Create clean, responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces based on UI/UX principles
• Develop reports, analytics views, visualizations, and data-driven workflows using tools such as Plotly, Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js, or similar libraries
• Use Python for data processing, automation, API integration, backend scripting, and prototype
development
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to write, review, debug, and improve code efficiently
• Work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, accurate, performant, and easy to use
• Propose better design, workflow, or technical solutions
• Communicate progress clearly with stakeholders
