Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant training institutes, colleges, academies, hospitals, vocational centres and skill development organisations.
Build and maintain a database of potential institutional partners.
Connect with institutions through telephone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
Explain the language training opportunity and identify interested institutions.
Coordinate meetings and calls with interested institutions.
Maintain records of outreach, discussions, follow-ups and leads.
Support the team in qualifying and onboarding suitable institutions.
Candidate Profile:
Students/recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, HR, Hospitality, Nursing or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good research and internet-search capabilities.
Comfortable with outbound calling and institutional interaction.
Proactive, target-oriented and disciplined.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
Preferred Skills: Research, lead generation, tele-calling, institutional outreach, follow-up and basic data management.
