Role Description The Senior Marketing Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving data-informed marketing decisions across Bonanza Wealth’s service offerings. This role involves conducting in-depth market and competitor research, analyzing investor behavior and industry trends, and generating actionable insights to support marketing and product strategies. The analyst will design and manage research studies, interpret quantitative and qualitative data, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Daily activities include collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine positioning, segment target audiences, and measure campaign performance, as well as maintaining dashboards and recommending optimization strategies. The role also includes monitoring regulatory and macroeconomic developments relevant to wealth management and translating these into implications for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong market-focused skills, including Market Analysis and Market Research, with experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills, including working with data tools, dashboards, and quantitative methods to derive insights.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders and create concise reports and presentations.
Experience designing and executing research projects, such as surveys, focus groups, and competitor benchmarking.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of Indian capital markets, investment products, and regulatory environment is an advantage.
