Visual Merchandising & Customer Experience (VM/CX) Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a VM/CX Manager to own visual merchandising standards and customer experience across our stores.
Industry (mandatory) - FMCG / Premium Retail / Grocery Retail / Lifestyle Retail / Fashion Retail / D2C Retail
Key Responsibilities: -
Visual Merchandising
• Define and roll out VM guidelines (layout, planograms, signage, displays) across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits/audits to ensure VM standards are maintained.
• Plan and execute VM for new launches, seasonal themes, and promotions.
Customer Experience
• Define and monitor customer experience standards across stores - store ambience, staff behaviour, and service quality.
• Track customer feedback/complaints and work with store teams to resolve and improve experience.
• Train store teams on VM and CX standards along with the L&D team.
What We Are Looking For
• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising and/or customer experience in a retail environment.
• An eye for store aesthetics, layout, and merchandising standards.
• Strong ability to train and align store teams on VM/CX standards.
• Comfort with frequent store visits and hands-on execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
