Must-Have Skills
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis, preferably within the Telecom domain
Strong Telecom domain knowledge in:
MPLS
Ethernet
Mobile
Fiber Broadband (FTTH/FTTx)
IP Telephony
SD-WAN
Strong understanding of L2C (Lead-to-Cash) and T2R (Trouble-to-Resolve)
Good knowledge of OSS/BSS systems
Understanding of Service Assurance processes and systems
Experience in business process analysis, improvement, and optimization
Ability to investigate, challenge, analyse, and document business requirements using standard BA techniques
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to use data, metrics, and numbers to identify and solve business problems
Excellent documentation skills
Experience in designing and documenting low-level business processes
Familiarity with software testing principles, test processes, and defect management
Key Responsibilities
Analyse existing telecom business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and process requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and telecom operations teams.
Map and document L2C and T2R processes across OSS/BSS environments.
Analyse process gaps, dependencies, bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
Design and document current-state and future-state processes.
Support process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Translate business requirements into clear functional/process specifications.
Use data and operational metrics to support recommendations and business decisions.
Collaborate with testing teams on requirement validation, test scenarios, and defect resolution.
Ensure effective documentation of processes, requirements, workflows, and business rules.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
