Designation: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content including text, images, videos, reels, and stories.
Oversee day-to-day operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices.
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics; prepare monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture a strong online community.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Manage and analyse paid social media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute innovative ideas for content and campaign development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithm changes, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content.
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
