About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team and lead capability building across the organization — from technical upskilling to leadership development. This role is based out of our tier 2/3 locations in Karnataka and requires someone who is comfortable working full-time from office, building L&D and the LMS function on the ground.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement the organization’s LMS from the ground up — vendor evaluation, configuration, content migration, user access, and reporting
Build structured learning journeys for Team Leads and Managers, ensuring the LMS supports both technical and leadership development
Design and implement leadership development and training scale-up frameworks — programs that grow with the organization and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles
Partner with business and HR stakeholders to identify skill gaps and map them to LMS-based learning paths
Create training calendars, content, assessments, and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness through the LMS
Own the end-to-end L&D and LMS charter for the location — from needs analysis to execution to impact measurement
Build and mentor a small team of trainers/facilitators as the function scales
What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development roles
Strong experience in selecting, configuring, and rolling out an LMS in an organization (requirements gathering, vendor management, pilot, rollout, adoption, and reporting)
Proven experience designing and delivering training for mid-management (Team Leads) and senior management (Managers) audiences
Experience building leadership development programs or scalable training frameworks for growing organizations
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to be based full-time out of tier 2/3 locations in Karnataka (e.g., Raichur, Bagalkot) and work 5 days from office
A self-starter mindset — comfortable building a function from the ground up in a smaller-city setup
