Head of Security (Hospitality Background ONLY)

Position: Head Security
Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage overall Security Department operations.
2. Ensure safety and security of guests, employees, property and assets.
3. Supervise security team deployment, discipline and performance.
4. Train and develop team members on security, Fire & Safety and emergency procedures.
5. Handle incidents, investigations, emergencies and crisis situations.
6. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
7. Coordinate with police, fire department and other emergency authorities.
8. Ensure compliance with security, Fire & Safety standards and SOPs.
9. Maintain security reports, records and departmental documentation.
Eligibility:
1)Mandatory prior experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel or resort.
2)8–12 years of relevant experience in Security, preferably in hospitality.
3) Strong knowledge of Fire & Safety, emergency response and crisis management.
4) Strong leadership, communication and team-training skills.
5) Ex-Defence/Police personnel will be preferred.
6)Must be willing to relocate to Lonavala.
