Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the safe and smooth conduct of outdoor/adventure activities for guests.
2. Brief guests on activity rules, safety procedures, and precautions.
3. Monitor guests during activities and respond appropriately to emergencies.
4. Maintain safety standards and activity equipment.
5. Provide a friendly and exciting guest experience.
6. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility:
1) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
2) Candidates with adventure, sports, hospitality, or outdoor activity experience preferred.
3) Physically fit, energetic, responsible, and guest-friendly.
4) Willing to relocate/work in Lonavala.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
1. मेहमानों के लिए आउटडोर/एडवेंचर गतिविधियों का सुरक्षित एवं सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करना।
2. मेहमानों को गतिविधियों के नियम, सुरक्षा प्रक्रिया एवं सावधानियों की जानकारी देना।
3. गतिविधि के दौरान मेहमानों की निगरानी करना और आपात स्थिति में उचित कार्रवाई करना।
4. सुरक्षा मानकों एवं गतिविधियों के उपकरणों की देखभाल सुनिश्चित करना।
5. मेहमानों को सुरक्षित, रोमांचक और बेहतर अनुभव प्रदान करना।
6. टीम के साथ समन्वय कर दैनिक गतिविधियों का सुचारू संचालन करना।
योग्यता:
1) फ्रेशर्स एवं अनुभवी उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
2) एडवेंचर, स्पोर्ट्स, हॉस्पिटैलिटी या आउटडोर एक्टिविटी का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता।
3) शारीरिक रूप से फिट, ऊर्जावान, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहमानों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करने वाला व्यक्ति।
4)लोनावला में काम करने/रिलोकेट होने के लिए तैयार।
