Job Title: Post-Sales Support Associate, Relationship Associate
Experience Required: 0-3 years of experience (freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Module: Onsite (6 days working)
Roles & Responsibilities
Make regular outbound calls to enrolled customers for updates, schedules, session reminders, and important milestones.
Support the Customer Success team with post-sales conversations and customer follow-ups.
Follow up with customers who are inactive, unresponsive, or missing scheduled activities and encourage them to stay on track.
Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the Success Team for concerns that require further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and pending actions.
Ensure all assigned calls and follow-ups are completed on time and without missing any customer.
Skills & Qualifications Required
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Post Sales, Customer Success, Counselling, or similar roles. (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Excellent spoken communication skills with a clear and confident manner of speaking.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day.
Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay consistent without losing momentum.
Comfortable committing 8-9 hours a day to calling-intensive work.
