Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form Content & Reels)
Experience Required: 1-6 years of experience (preferred: short-form content)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Module: On-site (6 days working)
Roles & Responsibilities
Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos from raw footage and creative briefs.
Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, sound design and visual effects that improve viewer retention and engagement.
Work closely with the content, creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content.
Experiment with different editing styles, formats and trends to continuously improve content performance.
Use AI-powered video and creative tools to speed up production and explore new creative possibilities.
Maintain consistency across videos while following brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube and short-form content trends.
Skills & Qualifications Required
1–6 years of relevant experience in Video Editing, preferably with strong short-form content experience.
Work portfolio is required, preferably showcasing Reels and other short-form content.
Proven experience in creating engaging Reels and social media content.
Familiar with using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, and sound design.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing, content creation or workflow automation.
Comfortable working on-site in Indore and committing to a full-time role.
