Web Application Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Web Analyst/Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about building and maintaining web applications.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to gather requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and websites using modern web technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create, enhance, and maintain website content and application functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues identified through testing or customer feedback.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure applications meet coding standards, security guidelines, and compatibility requirements.
Validate application functionality across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.
Assist in implementing application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and development best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of web development technologies such as:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Java
SQL
Familiarity with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git is preferred).
Exposure to responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with debugging and testing techniques.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant technical training will also be considered.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in web application or software development.
Fresh graduates with strong academic projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
