We are looking for an experienced Veeva CTMS Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and managing clinical trial data using Veeva.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of clinical trial operations and should be capable of managing and controlling CTMS-related activities across clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) activities.
Work extensively on Veeva CTMS / Veeva Vault CTMS.
Manage and maintain clinical trial data within Veeva.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical trial information in CTMS.
Support and coordinate CTMS activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Monitor trial-related activities, documentation, timelines, and data updates.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global client teams.
Ensure proper maintenance, tracking, and reporting of clinical trial information.
Support resolution of CTMS-related data or operational issues.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience working on CTMS.
Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CTMS / Veeva Vault CTMS.
In-depth knowledge of managing clinical trial data in Veeva.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and CTMS activities.
Experience managing and controlling CTMS activities across clinical trials.
Experience working with US and/or European clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a US shift.
Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred.
Expected CTC should be within ₹10 LPA.
