Assistant Sales Manager – Transactions

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented professional interested in building a career in Commercial Real Estate & Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Source and negotiate new space requirements
Conduct site visits, inspections, client meetings & presentations
Handle lease negotiations and coordinate lease terms
Generate tenant opportunities through canvassing
Coordinate with agents for local market information
Build relationships with start-ups, SMEs & corporates
Manage client/stakeholder communication and drive opportunities toward closure
Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Mandatory
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confident in dealing with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, proactive, energetic and result-oriented
