Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Relationship Managers (RM), Cluster Business Managers (CBM), and Branch Managers (BM) as part of a mega walk-in drive. Team members will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers for various loan and banking products, including assessing customer needs, explaining product features, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role includes maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to process documentation and resolve queries promptly. Managers will track portfolio performance, monitor risk, and implement sales and service strategies to achieve branch and cluster targets while adhering to regulatory and company policies. Daily work involves field visits, customer interactions, branch operations oversight, and participation in local marketing and outreach activities to grow the business footprint.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of financial products and retail lending, with the ability to learn the company’s loan and banking offerings.
Candidates should possess sales and relationship management abilities, including target-driven execution and portfolio management.
Candidates should possess proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English; familiarity with Chennai and surrounding markets is an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong integrity, compliance awareness, and ability to follow operational and regulatory guidelines.
Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, microfinance, or financial services is preferred; graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution is typically expected.
Candidates should possess willingness to work from branch locations, conduct field visits, and collaborate within a team environment.
