Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing outsourced business operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery across client engagements. This role includes designing and optimizing business processes, coordinating with external service providers, and aligning outsourcing activities with client objectives and service-level agreements. The manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve customer experience. Daily responsibilities involve cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, financial and operational reporting, workflow documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The role also includes managing teams, supporting transition and onboarding of new projects, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and governance, with experience managing end-to-end outsourced operations.
Excellent analytical skills for performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement initiatives.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, including clear reporting and stakeholder management.
Working knowledge of finance and cost management related to outsourcing, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor cost analysis.
Experience in outsourcing and vendor management, including contract oversight, SLA management, and risk mitigation.
Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding operational teams in a remote environment.
Familiarity with digital transformation, automation tools, and enterprise technology environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in process management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
