About us
We're the UK's only all-in-one proactive procurement partner, helping multi-site hospitality, care, industrial and logistics businesses take control of energy, waste, telecoms, insurance, solar, EV, cybersecurity, ESG and capital allowances — whole-of-market, backed by £35M in group buying power and a network of 5,000+ businesses.
The role
A virtual, field-facing sales role for a self-starter. You'll own the full new-business cycle — prospecting to close — targeting multi-site operators in our core sectors, managing your own diary, territory and pipeline.
Key responsibilities
Prospect, qualify and build your pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking
Grow an active LinkedIn presence to drive inbound leads alongside outbound work
Pitch our free estate audit and Audit → Align → Optimise → Protect methodology to Founders, FDs and Ops Directors
Run consultative discovery calls and turn prospects' pain points into a clear savings/compliance story
Close deals and hand over cleanly to onboarding and compliance teams
Keep CRM/ClickUp records current and report against KPIs
What you'll bring
Proven B2B new-business sales record, ideally selling services to multi-site or SME/mid-market clients
A self-managed, autonomous working style
Consultative selling skills with finance-literate buyers
Strong communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders
Comfort with ClickUp/CRM tools and an active LinkedIn presence
Procurement, utilities, telecoms, insurance or compliance experience is a plus but not required — full training given
What we offer
Full autonomy over your diary and territory
Uncapped commission plus a competitive base
A credible proposition: £35M buying power, 5,000+ business network, typical client savings of 10–45%
Dedicated audit, compliance and onboarding support once you close, so you stay focused on new business
Room to grow and make a territory your own
Our method
