About the Company
We are hiring Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading Telecom / ISP client. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our hiring initiatives and shape our workforce strategy!
Role: Talent Acquisition Lead
6 days work from office
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 10+ years, including 3–4 years in TA leadership
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from Top Premier colleges or institutes.
Responsibilities
Leading the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Market mapping and talent intelligence for critical and leadership positions
Salary benchmarking and compensation insights
Workforce planning and manpower strategy
Leadership and quality hiring across levels
Managing and mentoring a multi-location TA team
Partnering with Business Heads and senior leadership as a strategic talent advisor
Managing recruitment vendors/RPO partners and TA metrics
Required Skills
8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in quality hiring, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence
Strong business acumen to partner effectively with leadership on talent strategies
Excellent communication and team management skills; experience in telecom or tech is a plus!
