Profile Summary:
Atain is looking for a Head – Talent Transformation to manage team of Talent Transformation Team. The position is responsible for the overall quality assurance & Talent Transformations.
Primary Job Responsibility:
• Forming strategies pertaining to smooth functioning, development and execution of various tasks for the Talent Transformation team keeping in mind the vision of the organization
• Establish benchmarks for quality Talent Transformation services and maintain the same
• Ensure effective implementation of systems and processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the Talent Transformation
• Plan budgetary projections pertaining to Talent Transformation so as to fulfil the learning needs of the growing organization
• Help in successful implementation of new channels of learning and development focusing on both conventional and non-conventional forms of Talent Transformation leading to optimization of the Talent Transformation
• Leads client presentations and reviews
• Manages client deliverables specific to Talent Transformation and reviews Talent Transformation performance with existing clients
• Provides RFP Inputs and creates solutions to potential businesses
• Perform periodic assessments of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports (Trainer Certification, Trainer Feedback Observation & Focus Group Discussions)
• Works with cross-functional teams to work retention plans thru employee engagement
Education and Essential Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline, with above average academic profile
• With 5 years – 8 years Talent Transformation experience in BPO or Call Center industry
• At least 3 years of experience as Senior Talent Transformation Manager
• Experience of managing a large scale Operations Talent Transformation Department
• Familiarity with traditional and modern Talent Transformation methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom Talent Transformation, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
• Experience developing yearly Talent Transformation plans and materials for all departments throughout the company
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple Talent Transformation initiatives simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptive to work schedules
