About the Role
As a German-Speaking Sales Representative, you will work closely with travel agencies and property owners, helping them maximize their visibility on a leading travel platform. Through proactive outreach and consultative sales, you will support partners in optimizing their listings, increasing bookings, and driving revenue growth.
This is a target-driven outbound sales role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You will play a key role in acquiring new partners, reactivating dormant accounts, supporting renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales activities and engage with prospective and existing partners.
Acquire new property listings and onboard partners onto the platform.
Reactivate inactive and dormant partner accounts.
Drive contract renewals and maintain long-term business relationships.
Identify and execute upselling opportunities for additional listings and services.
Understand partner business needs and effectively communicate platform benefits.
Handle objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partner interactions.
What We're Looking For
6 to 12 months of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or BPO.
German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Passion for the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
