Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Description
We are seeking technically capable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused professionals for the positions of Electrical Engineer and Quality Engineer. These roles are responsible for supporting engineering operations, maintaining technical and quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that products, systems, processes, and project activities meet established requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, production, operations, procurement, project, and quality teams to support efficient workflows and reliable outcomes. Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include electrical system design and analysis, equipment troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, quality inspection, process monitoring, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Engineer
Design, review, analyze, and support electrical systems, equipment, components, and installations.
Prepare and review electrical drawings, technical specifications, calculations, reports, and documentation.
Support the selection and evaluation of electrical equipment, components, materials, and technical solutions.
Conduct electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance assessments.
Identify technical issues and develop practical solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
Coordinate with engineering, project, production, maintenance, and other teams to support technical requirements.
Monitor electrical systems and equipment to ensure appropriate operational and safety standards are maintained.
Support project planning, installation, modification, testing, and commissioning activities.
Review technical requirements and ensure engineering activities are aligned with applicable standards and specifications.
Assist with preventive maintenance, fault investigation, system upgrades, and engineering improvement projects.
Prepare technical reports and provide engineering recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Quality Engineer
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance processes.
Monitor production, project, and operational activities to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
Conduct inspections, testing, audits, and quality assessments where required.
Identify non-conformities, investigate quality issues, and support effective corrective and preventive actions.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend practical solutions to prevent recurring quality problems.
Review technical documents, inspection records, specifications, procedures, and quality reports.
Work closely with engineering, production, suppliers, contractors, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor key quality indicators and prepare reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Support supplier quality assessments, material inspections, and incoming quality control activities.
Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, inspection results, and corrective action reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving product quality, process efficiency, and operational consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical documentation, quality processes, and operational standards.
For electrical-focused responsibilities, knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, testing, troubleshooting, and technical drawings is preferred.
For quality-focused responsibilities, knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to identifying technical or quality issues.
Good understanding of relevant engineering, safety, quality, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, procedures, reports, and engineering documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, engineering software, quality management systems, reporting tools, and other relevant digital platforms.
Ability to prepare clear technical reports, inspection records, quality documentation, and recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive approach to identifying risks, inefficiencies, technical issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers, technicians, managers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
