KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Intelex Administration & Configuration
Administer and support the Intelex EHSQ platform across enterprise environments.
Configure and maintain Intelex applications, modules, forms, fields, workflows, business rules, and notifications.
Manage users, roles, permissions, locations, and access controls.
Configure application settings based on business and compliance requirements.
Support platform enhancements, configuration changes, and production deployments.
Workflow & Application Development
Design, configure, and maintain Intelex workflows for EHSQ business processes.
Configure approval workflows, task assignments, notifications, escalations, and automated actions.
Develop and enhance applications using Intelex Application Builder / platform configuration capabilities.
Customize forms, screens, data fields, validations, and process flows.
Translate business requirements into scalable Intelex configurations.
Reporting & Dashboards
Create and maintain Intelex reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
Configure data views and reporting requirements for EHS, Quality, Safety, and Compliance teams.
Support data extraction, analysis, and reporting for business stakeholders.
Integration & Data Management
Support Intelex integrations with external enterprise applications.
Work with REST APIs, data import/export, and data exchange mechanisms where required.
Perform data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and bulk data loading activities.
Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues.
Production Support
Provide L2/L3 application support for Intelex applications.
Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, workflow issues, configuration issues, and user-access problems.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Support UAT, testing, releases, deployments, and production validation.
Maintain technical and configuration documentation.
Collaboration
Work closely with EHS, Quality, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, integrations, and production issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years of hands-on experience with Intelex EHSQ platform.
Strong experience in Intelex administration and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Intelex workflows.
Experience configuring forms, fields, business rules, notifications, and approvals.
Experience with user, role, permission, and access management.
Experience with reports and dashboards.
Good understanding of EHS / EHSQ processes and applications.
Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Knowledge of Intelex APIs / integrations and data import/export is preferred.
Experience with UAT, testing, deployment, and documentation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Intelex Application Builder.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience supporting EHS, Quality, Environmental, Risk, Audit, Incident, CAPA, or Compliance applications.
Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and reporting/BI tools.
Experience working in ITIL / Agile / enterprise application support environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
