Role Description The Freelance Technical Trainer – AI will deliver instructor-led training sessions on artificial intelligence topics to learners at AcceleratorX’s Bengaluru location. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and conducting technical workshops, designing curriculum and training materials, and adapting content to different skill levels. The trainer will provide hands-on guidance using AI tools and frameworks, facilitate discussions, and assess learner progress through assignments, labs, and evaluations. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating content to reflect current AI trends, collaborating with internal teams to align training with program goals, and offering constructive feedback and mentoring to participants.
Qualifications
Technical training expertise: experience as a Technical Trainer with a focus on AI, including Technical Training and Training & Development responsibilities.
Instructional and facilitation skills: strong Training skills, including designing sessions, delivering workshops, and supporting varied learner profiles.
Communication abilities: excellent Communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts clearly and engagingly in both group and one-on-one settings.
AI and technical background: practical experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, or platforms (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, data science workflows) and the ability to create hands-on labs.
Educational credentials: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; relevant AI or ML certifications are a strong advantage.
Training design and evaluation: familiarity with curriculum development, learning outcomes, assessments, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
Professional attributes: strong organizational skills, reliability in managing full-time on-site training commitments, and an inclusive, learner-centered approach.
