Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up discussions with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines, and using recruitment tools and platforms to identify qualified candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing reports on hiring activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with AcceleratorX’s mission.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and consistent follow-through on candidate processes.
Understanding of basic employment practices, hiring standards, and ethical recruitment principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, preferably in a learning or career development environment, is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
