Title - GTM / B2B Sales Lead
Type- Contract
Location - Remote
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the GTM and B2B sales strategy
Identify target companies and key decision-makers
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
Build pipeline and convert prospects into customers
Provide input on pricing, positioning, messaging, and customer targeting
Partner with founders/product teams to provide market feedback
Help determine and eventually scale the broader sales organization
Must Haves
Strong B2B sales / GTM experience
Proven cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and closing experience
Ability to identify and reach the right business decision-makers
Experience developing or contributing to GTM strategy
Experience in a startup or early-stage environment
Strategic thinker who is willing to be hands-on with sales execution
Plusses
SaaS, AI, or technology sales experience
Experience taking a new product to market
Mid-market or enterprise sales experience
Experience working directly with founders/product teams
Experience building or scaling a sales team
Global B2B sales experience
