Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead our social media function, drive strategic thinking, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable impact for our clients.
This role requires a strong combination of strategy, creativity, leadership, client management, and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall social media strategy and direction across clients and brands.
Lead and mentor the social media team across strategy, content, creative, community management, and execution.
Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
Drive content strategy, campaigns, brand narratives, and social-first ideas.
Work closely with Creative, Content, Influencer, Performance Marketing, and Account Management teams.
Lead senior-level client conversations, presentations, strategy discussions, and campaign reviews.
Identify social trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats and convert them into relevant brand opportunities.
Establish strong processes for content planning, approvals, quality control, publishing, and reporting.
Use social media analytics and business data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Build frameworks to measure engagement, reach, audience growth, content performance, and business impact.
Take ownership of social media pitches, proposals, campaign strategies, and new-business opportunities.
Develop new social media offerings and identify opportunities for account growth.
Stay ahead of platform changes, creator trends, emerging technologies, and AI-led content workflows.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading large social media teams and multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of social platforms, content strategy, digital culture, and audience behaviour.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing large-scale social campaigns.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Commercial mindset with experience in account growth, pitches, and new business.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple priorities.
