Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Payments to manage and support day-to-day finance operations related to vendor payments, invoicing, and account reconciliations. The role involves ensuring timely processing of payments, reviewing financial transactions, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and ROC filings. The candidate will work closely with the finance, operations, and HR teams to ensure smooth financial processes, assist with payroll coordination, and contribute to monthly reporting and overall financial control within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement.
● Raise and manage Debit Notes and Credit Notes as per transaction requirements
● Perform & assist with basic reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts
● Review the accuracy of sales, purchase, debit, & credit notes.
● Effectively manage accounts payables and receivable.
● Assist with monthly payroll processing in coordination with HR and Finance.
● Ensure timely tax payment on or before the due date
● Assist in preparing Monthly Management Reports (MMRs)
● Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards
Skills & Qualifications:
● Basic understanding of lending, banking, NBFC, or fintech operations (preferred but not mandatory).
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling/reporting.
● Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
● Process-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
