Role Description
As a Business Development Associate at Bleep Education LLP, you will support the growth of the organization by identifying potential partners, learners, and institutional clients, and nurturing long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to understand target segments, generating and qualifying leads, and preparing and delivering presentations about Bleep’s programs and offerings. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on market trends and learner needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agartala, requiring regular interaction with local stakeholders and participation in events, meetings, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to varied audiences.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining structured follow-up processes.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, competitor analysis, and identifying relevant trends and opportunities.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in EdTech, education, or related sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Agartala, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment.
Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) and comfort with technology-driven products.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with strong relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 PM
