🚨 We're Hiring | Online Manager – Archies Online
Archies Online is looking for an online manager to own our online business and drive growth across our website and digital channels. If you understand e-commerce, online merchandising, sales, campaigns, and website operations, and can effectively coordinate with external agencies, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹100,000/month
Full-Time | On-Site
What you'll own:
→ Managing day-to-day operations of ArchiesOnline.com
→ Driving online sales, conversions & overall business performance
→ Product listing, cataloguing, pricing & online merchandising
→ Managing offers, promotions & seasonal campaigns
→ Monitoring website performance
→ Coordinating with our digital/marketing agency for campaigns, creatives, performance marketing & online initiatives
→ Ensuring timely execution of campaigns and digital activities with the agency
→ Tracking sales, traffic, conversion, and other key online metrics
→ Coordinating with marketing, creative, technology, warehouse & customer support teams
→ Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and online performance
→ Preparing MIS and regular performance reports
Who we're looking for:
✔ 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce / online business management
✔ Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce website or online brand
✔ Strong understanding of online sales, merchandising & conversions
✔ Experience working with and coordinating external agencies
✔ Good knowledge of Excel & e-commerce analytics
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple things at once
⭐ Added Advantage: Experience working with gifting brands will be a strong plus.
