🚨 We're Hiring | Buying Manager | Archies Limited
Archies Limited is looking for an experienced buying manager who understands product buying, domestic sourcing, vendor management, and category procurement. If you have a strong network of domestic suppliers, a sharp eye for products, and the ability to manage buying operations end-to-end, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month
Full-Time | On-Site
What You'll Own:
→ Managing domestic buying and procurement across assigned categories
→ Identifying and developing relationships with suppliers, vendors & manufacturers across India
→ Product sourcing, selection, and category planning
→ Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
→ Managing purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and delivery timelines
→ Ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and margins
→ Tracking market trends and identifying new products and sourcing opportunities
→ Managing vendor performance and maintaining strong supplier relationships
→ Coordinating with internal teams for product requirements, inventory planning, and timely procurement
Who We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Buying / Procurement / Sourcing
✔ Strong experience in domestic sourcing and vendor management
✔ Good understanding of product buying, costing, pricing & margins
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple categories and work in a fast-paced retail environment
