Archies Limited is looking for an experienced purchase manager who knows how to source the right products, build strong supplier relationships, and drive the category from sourcing to procurement.
If you have 5+ years of experience in purchase/procurement and a strong supplier network across India & China, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹100,000/month
Full-Time | On-Site
What you'll own:
→ Product sourcing & procurement across assigned categories
→ Identify and onboard reliable suppliers/manufacturers in India & China
→ Strong supplier/vendor relationship management
→ Price negotiation, costing & commercial discussions
→ Product development & sourcing as per category requirements
→ Managing purchase orders, timelines & deliveries
→ Quality, pricing, and margin coordination
→ Vendor performance tracking & follow-ups
→ Market research to identify new products, suppliers & opportunities
→ Coordination with internal teams for product planning and procurement
Who we're looking for:
✔ 5+ years of experience in purchase/procurement/sourcing
✔ Strong understanding of category procurement & product sourcing
✔ Established supplier/manufacturer contacts in India & China
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Good understanding of costing, pricing & margins
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail & gifting environment
