We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find the right people, build strong talent pipelines, and drive hiring closures in the Hospitality & F&B industry.
POSITION: Talent Acquisition Specialist
LOCATION: Sector 132, Noida
EXPERIENCE: 2–5 Years
INDUSTRY: Hospitality | F&B | Café | Restaurant
MUST-HAVE:
Hospitality Sector Recruitment Experience is Mandatory
You should have strong hands-on experience in Talent Search, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination and End-to-End Recruitment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Hospitality & F&B positions
• Source talent through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, References & Networking
• Identify and engage relevant candidates through proactive talent search
• Manage bulk as well as critical/urgent hiring requirements
• Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with Hiring Managers
• Drive offers, follow-ups and joining closures
• Partner with Operations & Management to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate databases
• Continuously explore new sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency

• Experienced in Hospitality/F&B Recruitment
• Strong in Talent Search & Candidate Sourcing
• Confident in candidate communication and engagement
• Target-oriented and focused on hiring closures
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of handling multiple positions and locations simultaneously
