Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Roastery Coffee House in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily café operations, including supervising staff on the floor, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating food and beverage preparation and presentation. The supervisor monitors inventory levels, supports ordering and stock rotation, and helps maintain hygiene and safety compliance across the café. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling guest interactions, resolving customer concerns, managing table allocations, and supporting training and performance feedback for team members. The supervisor also collaborates with management on menu promotions, operational improvements, and creating a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Roastery Coffee House’s brand and values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and staff coordination.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service, with a focus on quality, safety, and consistency.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle guest interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with team members, management, and guests.
Experience in café, restaurant, or food and beverage operations, preferably in a specialty coffee or premium hospitality environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with basic POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management processes.
Formal training in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
