About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP C4C Lead Consultant with 10+ years of SAP CRM/CX experience to lead SAP C4C engagements, solution design, implementations, integrations, enhancements, and support projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional and solutioning expertise in SAP C4C, excellent client-facing skills, and proven experience in leading consulting teams and delivering complex SAP CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP C4C / SAP Cloud for Customer implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Act as the SAP C4C functional lead and subject matter expert for client engagements.
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP C4C solutions.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, business process discussions, solutioning sessions, and client presentations.
Design and oversee configuration of SAP C4C across Sales and Service processes.
Provide expertise across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Sales Quotes, Tickets, Service Requests, Visits, and related CRM processes.
Lead solution architecture and functional design for complex business requirements.
Define integration requirements between SAP C4C and SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
Work closely with technical consultants and integration teams on APIs, middleware, interfaces, and custom developments.
Review functional and technical specifications and ensure alignment with the proposed solution.
Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential solution issues and drive them toward resolution.
Provide technical and functional guidance to consultants and review their deliverables.
Mentor junior and mid-level SAP C4C consultants and contribute to capability development within the team.
Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
Support effort estimation, solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and presales activities.
Participate in client meetings and independently manage functional discussions with senior stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality, timeline, and documentation standards.
Stay updated with SAP CX roadmap, product innovations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall SAP CRM / SAP CX experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP C4C.
Strong experience in SAP C4C implementation, configuration, enhancement, integration, and support.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes, particularly Sales and Service.
Proven experience in leading SAP C4C projects and functional teams.
Strong experience in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
Strong understanding of SAP C4C integration capabilities and middleware technologies.
Experience working with senior client stakeholders and leading business discussions.
Ability to independently analyze complex requirements and provide appropriate solution options.
Strong experience in preparing and reviewing functional specifications, solution design documents, test scenarios, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have
SAP C4C / SAP Cloud for Customer certification.
Experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / CPI.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Studio / PDI.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
Exposure to SAP CX solutions and broader SAP Customer Experience portfolio.
Experience in presales, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development.
Experience working in global implementation environments.
