About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Revenue & Distribution Manager to drive revenue across OTAs and online channels for our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other OTA channels.
Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue through dynamic pricing and demand-based strategies.
Manage OTA promotions, discounts, inventory and availability to maximize bookings and profitability.
Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality and booking trends.
Improve property ranking, visibility, conversion and review performance.
Identify underperforming properties and implement revenue improvement plans.
Ensure accurate rates, inventory, content and room mapping across all channels.
Track and report key metrics including revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, cancellations and promotion ROI.
Work closely with operations, sales and OTA account managers to resolve issues and drive growth.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, hospitality or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with major OTA platforms.
Strong understanding of pricing, inventory and revenue optimization.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong ownership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
