Role Description
The Property Manager – Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties. This includes managing tenant onboarding and move-outs, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supervising housekeeping and security, and ensuring adherence to community standards and safety protocols. The role involves regular property inspections, handling resident queries and concerns, and maintaining high levels of occupancy and resident satisfaction. The Property Manager will collaborate with internal teams for billing, documentation, vendor management, and implementation of operational processes. This position also requires monitoring budgets, optimizing operating costs, and providing periodic reports on property performance and resident feedback.
Qualifications
Experience in property management or facility operations, including tenant coordination, maintenance scheduling, and vendor supervision.
Strong customer service, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills to handle resident interactions professionally.
Basic understanding of building safety, housekeeping standards, and compliance with local regulations.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using digital tools or property management software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including occasional extended hours or weekends based on operational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; hospitality, real estate, or facilities management education is an advantage.
Prior experience in co-living, student housing, or residential rental operations in India is preferred but not mandatory.
