Role Description The Brand Manager at Gruhanza Interiors will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the brand’s identity across all customer touchpoints. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, the Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, manage visual and verbal brand consistency, and collaborate closely with design, sales, and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand campaigns, creating and reviewing marketing content, coordinating with agencies and vendors, and monitoring brand performance through market research and analytics. The role also involves managing social media and digital presence, supporting events and partnerships, and ensuring that all communication reflects Gruhanza’s luxury positioning and design philosophy. The Brand Manager will participate in regular cross-functional meetings to align brand initiatives with business objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications
Brand management and marketing strategy skills, including experience in crafting brand positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with proficiency in developing clear, persuasive copy and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media management, and basic analytics to track brand engagement and campaign performance.
Understanding of design, luxury, or interior-related industries, with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate design concepts into brand narratives.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain consistency in brand standards under tight timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in premium or design-focused sectors.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Bengaluru.
