Software Engineer

Our client is building a next-generation financial services platform for high-net-worth clients — combining premium banking, rewards, and account services in one ecosystem. They're operating at serious scale ($150M+ ARR, $4+B annual transaction volume) and remain fully profitable, with the growth trajectory of a company still early in its story.
This is a chance to join at a genuine inflection point, owning the backend systems — payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations — that power a fast-growing, high-value customer base.
What you'll do
Design and build backend services and APIs handling high-volume, high-stakes financial transactions
Own full features end-to-end across payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations
Shape technical architecture as the platform scales
Partner with frontend and mobile engineers on polished, full-stack features
Raise the bar on reliability, performance, and observability across backend systems
What you bring
6+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production
Strong experience with Python (Django preferred)
Skill designing APIs, data models, and services on PostgreSQL and AWS
Nice to have
Comfort in distributed, high-availability production environments
A builder's mindset — you like owning things from concept to production
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Competitive $300k base + equity.
