**The Role**
📍 Base: Singapore (Remote + global travel)
📊 Reports to: VP of AI Data Center
👤 Individual Contributor (no direct reports)
**What You'll Do**
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI data center energy optimization projects
• Design cooling, power, and control system integration for hyperscale & HPC facilities
• Conduct technical assessments, POC scoping, and client proposals
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions with product & R&D teams
• Drive technical discussions with C-level, facility, and engineering stakeholders
**What We're Looking For**
• 8+ years in data center infrastructure, MEP design, or critical power/cooling systems
• Hands-on experience with liquid cooling, CDU, chilled water, or HVAC optimization
• Background from data center operators (Equinix/Digital Realty), OEMs (Vertiv/Stulz/Carrier), or MEP firms
• Strong client-facing & solution-selling capability
• Fluent in English & Chinese (internal team is Chinese-speaking)
• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
