AI Energy Efficiency Pre-sales Engineer | Semiconductor & Data Center

Responsibilities:
1. Technical proposals & bidding: Own the full pre-sales technical workflow (site survey, requirement discovery, load/energy analysis, energy audit, solution planning, cost estimation, BOQ pricing); lead technical bid documents incl. technical deviation tables and parameter response sheets; run solution reviews, technical clarification and Q&A.
2. Customer technical support: Support sales via product demos, POC and technical seminars to promote AI energy-saving and digital solutions; address customer needs in power distribution, cooling, energy storage and energy management; join key negotiations and finalize technical clauses.
3. Channel enablement: Build the technical capability of overseas distributors and system integrators (SI) to present solutions independently; organize training and produce materials; join overseas exhibitions and technical forums.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with delivery and HQ product/R&D teams to ensure deliverability; feed back customer needs and competitor intelligence; provide technical support across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's+, STEM in Building Environment & Energy Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Automation, Power Engineering or Engineering Thermophysics; 5+ years relevant experience (3 years for Master's); industrial plant HVAC/FMCS project experience preferred.
2. Familiar with FMCS, EMS and building BA/BMS architecture and integration; know Modbus, BACnet, OPC-UA protocols; AI energy-saving algorithm, digital twin and smart O&M experience a plus.
3. Fluent business English & Chinese (spoken & written), able to lead English& Chinese technical meetings and write English & Chinese proposals.
4. Proactive, clear communicator, resilient and adaptive, learning-driven.
Plus: energy storage joint-bidding experience; PMP/constructor certificate; joint technical work with Jinko/Sieyuan/Sungrow/Huawei; AutoCAD/Revit/SolidWorks.
