VP - Information Security GRC | SBI Card | Gurgaon

We at SBI Card are looking for a seasoned Information Security GRC leader for a Vice President-level role at SBI Card, reporting directly to the CISO.
The role is based in Gurgaon and carries enterprise-wide responsibility for the organization’s Information Security Governance, Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Assurance agenda.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who can independently engage with senior management, regulators, auditors and key governance forums.
The role will have enterprise-wide responsibility for:
- Regulatory compliance and supervisory engagements
- Information Security audits and assurance programs
- Closure and governance of regulatory and audit observations
- Enterprise Information Security risk and control frameworks
- PCI-DSS and other applicable security compliance requirements
- Policy governance, control assurance and regulatory readiness
- Senior management and committee reporting on cyber risk and compliance
- Leadership and development of the Information Security GRC function
We are particularly interested in professionals with 14+ years of relevant experience across Information Security GRC, Cyber Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Audit, with a demonstrated ability to operate in complex and highly regulated environments.
Mandatory certifications: CISA, CISSP and/or CISM.
Prior experience in RBI-regulated BFSI organizations, including direct exposure to RBI regulatory compliance and examinations, along with strong PCI-DSS experience, will be a distinct advantage.
This opportunity would suit a mature, hands-on leader with strong regulatory acumen, executive presence, stakeholder management capability and a proven track record of driving governance and compliance outcomes at scale.
