About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our Instagram and Facebook presence. You will work on creating and preparing social media content using provided briefs, raw footage, product images, templates, and brand guidelines.
This role is suitable for someone who understands social media trends, is comfortable with Canva, and wants hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Research social media trends, formats, content ideas, and competitor activity.
Create and edit static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels using Canva and provided assets.
Edit short-form video content using provided raw footage, templates, or stock assets.
Write or assist with captions and basic social media copy.
Maintain and update the weekly social media content calendar.
Schedule and publish content on Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite.
Organize and maintain social media assets, files, and content folders.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines, briefs, and SOPs.
Implement feedback and make required content revisions.
Support the team with day-to-day social media activities and content requirements.

Skills Required
Good working knowledge of Canva.
Good written English for captions and basic social media copy.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
Understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats.
Familiarity with current Reels and social media trends.
Active user of social media with a good understanding of content that performs well.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to take feedback and work according to briefs and SOPs.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Experience with CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools.
Understanding of social media aspect ratios such as 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1.
Experience managing a personal, college, or other social media page.
Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite.
Role Scope
The primary focus of this role is content editing and social media management.
Raw footage, product images, creative briefs, templates, and other required assets will be provided by the team. Regular content shooting is not a core responsibility, although occasional phone-based office shoots may be required.

Timely completion of assigned creatives and tasks.
Quality and consistency of social media content.
Accuracy in following briefs, brand guidelines, and SOPs.
Content calendar and scheduling accuracy.
Proper organization of creative assets.
Responsiveness to feedback and revisions.
Learning speed and ownership of assigned work.
Internship Details
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months.
Work From Office in Ranchi.
Standard working schedule: 6 days per week.
Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.
