Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer located in Coimbatore. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems and solutions for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include MEP coordination, conducting system analysis, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. Additionally, the role entails troubleshooting, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Competency in Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design and implementation
Expertise in MEP Coordination to streamline and integrate building services
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and systems optimization
Knowledge of Building Services to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
Familiarity with South Indian building codes and regulations is an added advantage
Professional certifications in MEP or building services engineering are desirable
