About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging reels and videos, and develop creative content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting, editing, content creation, social media management, and staying updated with current trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other digital content.
Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
Shoot and edit professional and engaging reels/videos for the company.
Identify and use trending topics, sounds, formats, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
Write creative captions, hooks, and content descriptions.
Develop creative ideas for promotional, educational, corporate, and brand-awareness content.
Handle basic video editing, transitions, subtitles, effects, thumbnails, and graphic designing.
Coordinate with the internal team to collect information and convert it into engaging social media content.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Track competitors and industry trends to generate new content ideas.
Maintain consistency in the company’s branding, tone, and visual identity.
Suggest new strategies and creative campaigns to improve online visibility.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Strong skills in Reel Making and Video Editing.
Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Good understanding of social media trends and viral content formats.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to shoot videos using a smartphone/camera and create engaging content.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, reel making, digital marketing, or video editing are preferred.
Candidates with a strong Instagram/YouTube portfolio or previous content work will have an advantage.
