About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team.
The role spans strategy, business operations, data, AI, and execution, helping turn company priorities into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO on strategy, planning, and priority-setting.
Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
Use data and business insights to support decision-making and track key company metrics.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across the business.
Prepare analyses, dashboards, decision briefs, and leadership updates.
Establish strong operating rhythms, accountability, and follow-through across teams.
Identify business opportunities, risks, and bottlenecks and drive solutions.
Support strategic projects including new initiatives, partnerships, fundraising, and board preparation as required.
What We're Looking For
6–12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, product, analytics, technology, or a high-growth company.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution skills.
Comfortable working with data, AI, and technology and translating them into business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and work across functions.
High ownership, curiosity, judgment, and attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate
A high-agency generalist who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution—comfortable discussing business with the CEO, working with data, exploring AI opportunities, and driving teams toward outcomes.
