Head of Corporate Development & IR
We are looking for a Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations to lead our portfolio company’s equity and debt fundraising, strategic transactions, M&A, and investor engagement agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Lead equity and debt fundraising end-to-end, including investor/lender strategy, preparation, execution, and negotiations
Own the Investor Relations function and build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors and lenders
Identify and evaluate M&A, strategic partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities
Drive corporate development initiatives in partnership with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership
Lead financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, and due diligence for strategic and financing transactions
Track market and sector developments and identify opportunities to support the company’s growth and capital strategy
Ideal Profile
8–12+ years of experience across Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Fundraising, or Investor Relations
Proven track record of executing equity and debt fundraises and strategic transactions
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
Excellent investor/lender communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology preferred
